Another thought... Crumple zones.  As much as I love old cars, I'll never drive one today on the streets.  Especially when you consider the texting people do. Parades and museums only for me thanks.

I get that though in a crowded urban environment. That’s why I like living in a small town. I can make my 15 mile drive to work and only see 10 cars on the way
